There are two kinds of workouts in Soccer-1, physical and technical.
Physical workouts get you in shape to play, technical workouts help you with your techniques.
Each kind of workout is personalized to you and your progress. You can choose to be assigned only physical workouts, or you can do both. You also have control over your workout frequency and what days of the week you're available to work out. Soccer-1 takes care of scheduling your workouts and personalizing them for you.
As you do the workouts, after each exercise or technique, you will rate how that felt or answer specific questions about how it went. Soccer-1 records that and uses it to generate your next workout. As you progress, Soccer-1 will tailor the workout for you.
